মোবাইল সিমকার্ড পুনঃনিবন্ধন ঘরে বসেই করা যাবে

মোবাইল সিমকার্ড পুনঃনিবন্ধন ঘরে বসেই করা যাবে। এ ছাড়া সিমকার্ড নিবন্ধিত কিনা বা সঠিকভাবে নিবন্ধিত হয়েছে কিনা-তা ঘরে বসেই জানা যাবে।
মোবাইল ফোন থেকে এসএমএস ও অপারেটরের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে সিম নিবন্ধন বা পুনঃনিবন্ধন করা যাবে। ২০১২ সালের পর কেনা সিমের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকেরা নিজেরাই তথ্য পাঠিয়ে নিবন্ধনের সঠিকতা যাচাই করতে পারবেন। এ জন্য টেলিটক, গ্রামীণফোন, রবি, বাংলালিংক, ও এয়ারটেলের সিম নিবন্ধনে মোবাইলের মেসেজ অপশনে গিয়ে ইংরেজিতে জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের নম্বর, জন্ম তারিখ, পূর্ণ নাম লিখে ১৬০০ নম্বরে ম্যাসেজ পাঠাতে হবে।
আর সিটিসেলের গ্রাহকদের জন্য এসএমএস অপশনে গিয়ে ক্যাপিটাল লেটারে U লিখে স্পেস দিয়ে জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের নম্বর, জন্ম তারিখ, পূর্ণ নাম লিখে ১৬০০ নম্বরে পাঠাতে হবে। সব ঠিক থাকলে ফিরতি এসএমএসে ‘Your request has been accepted, Thank you for the information’ লেখা আসবে। এসএমএস পাঠানোর জন্য গ্রাহকের কোনো টাকা কাটা হবে না। ১৫ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত চলবে এ কার্যক্রম। নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সঠিকভাবে সিম নিবন্ধন করা না হলে ওই সিম বন্ধ করে দেয়া হবে। পরবর্তীতে বন্ধ সিম চালু করার জন্য গ্রাহককে প্রয়োজনীয় ও উপযুক্ত কাগজপত্র দেখাতে হবে। এরপর সিম চালুর বিষয়ে বিবেচনা করা হবে। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আরো জানানো হয়, ১৮ বছরের নিচে কারও সিম থাকলেও নিবন্ধন করা যাবে না। এছাড়া যাদের সিমের পুনঃনিবন্ধন হবে না তাদের বায়োমেট্রিক পদ্ধতিতে অংশ নিয়ে সিমের নিবন্ধন করতে হবে। ১ নভেম্বর থেকে মোবাইল অপারেটরের নিজস্ব সার্ভিস সেন্টারে এ বায়োমেট্রিক পদ্ধতিতে সিমের নিবন্ধন চালু হচ্ছে। ১৬ ডিসেম্বর থেকে সারা দেশে এই পদ্ধতিতে নিবন্ধন করা হবে।

Job Description / Responsibility

• To achieve individual target set by line manager.
• To submit weekly and monthly business call report to line manager as per bank’s provided format.
• To participate in Daily Morning Meeting.
